Sarragine Rincher oversees the coffee processing and roasting facility in Croix des Bouquets. She manages aspects of secondary green processing: drying, sorting, and bagging. Preparing coffee takes a lot of work and she’s up to the challenge. She also steps in as needed – going above and beyond the call of duty. We’re lucky to have her.
